We’re striving to create a team of trainers & instructors that have higher expectations of horses by developing better understanding of the horses mind and how they communicate.
Our career path is broken down into 3 phases:

•Phase #2: Coming onboard as an unpaid intern as you continue to learn our program.
•Phase #3: Joining our team as a paid intern on payroll as you continue in your horsemanship journey.
Our 8 week schedule for phase #1 is every Saturday 9am-5pm and then a 4 hour training shift during the week that can be set around your schedule.
