Our home school farm classes are offered every Tuesday  for 10-week sessions. 

Winter Session: Jan. 6th - March 12th 2026 

Spring Session: March 17th - May 20th 2026 ~ REGISTRATION OPEN!!!

Preschool Class | For Ages 2.5-5 : (Projects and activities will be tailored to each age group)

• Welcome Song
• Movement and Learning Activity (10 min)
• Animal Story followed by a Writing/School Activity (10 min)
• Craft or Sensory Activity with Sign Language (10 min)
• Animal Care Time (10 min)
• Goodbye Song

For Ages 6 - 16 : (Projects and activities will be tailored to each age group)

• Education Block (10 min)
• Animal Story or Poem with Sign Language (10 min)
• Animal Care Block (20 min)
• Project Work (15 min) 
• Closing Activity: Brushing and Relaxing with the Animals (5 min)

Cost: $250 per session. 

A $50 non-refundable deposit (per session) is due to reserve a spot. Balance of $200 due at the first class. We do have a multiple-student discount of $200 per student per session ($50 deposit per child and $150 balance per child).

In the unfortunate case of a snow day we’ll send class material over via email including a video and pdf later in the week. Each session is 10 weeks long. No make-up days or refunds for missed classes. 

For our younger students (ages 2 to 3 years old), we kindly ask that parents remain on-site. You are welcome to walk the property, sit in on the class, relax in our lounge room, or even stay in your car with a good book & coffee!

For students ages 4 to 16, parents have the option to either stay or drop off their children, depending on what works best for your family's needs.

If you have multiple children close in age, they can attend class together. The older child can join the younger age group, or if the younger child is mature, they can participate in the older age group with their sibling. Alternatively, they can attend their own age group and attend the separate classes. We strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible to meet your family's needs.

• Wear leggings or pants that can get dirty! No shorts. 
• Wear boots that can get muddy & dirty! We prefer boots but old tennis shoes will work just no flats or sandals, please. 
• Have children dress weather appropriate. Class will be held outside down at our petting farm as much as possible.
• Winter Session: Our indoor is heated in the winter but please bring warm layers (snow pants, gloves, and a coat) for when we go down to the petting farm for our animal care portion of class.
• Address: 9204 Valley View Dr. Fenton MI 48430 | Once you drive under the Windwalker Farms archway keep going up the driveway past all the tan apartment buildings. You will come to a white sign on your right pointing you down to the main barn. Park wherever you would like.
