A $50 non-refundable deposit (per session) is due to reserve a spot. Balance of $200 due at the first class. We do have a multiple-student discount of $200 per student per session ($50 deposit per child and $150 balance per child).
In the unfortunate case of a snow day we’ll send class material over via email including a video and pdf later in the week. Each session is 10 weeks long. No make-up days or refunds for missed classes.
For our younger students (ages 18 months to 3 years), we kindly ask that parents remain on-site. You are welcome to walk the property, sit in on the class, relax in our lounge room, or even stay in your car with a good book & coffee!
For students ages 4 to 16, parents have the option to either stay or drop off their children, depending on what works best for your family's needs.
If you have multiple children close in age, they can attend class together. The older child can join the younger age group, or if the younger child is mature, they can participate in the older age group with their sibling. Alternatively, they can attend their own age group and attend the separate classes. We strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible to meet your family's needs.
We offer weekly lessons (for example: every Monday @ 11am).
Morning and early afternoon lessons are offered from September 1st - May 31st (we have horse summer camp programs in June, July, and August). Late afternoon and evening lessons are offered year-round.
Visit our lesson program page to find out more information on the lessons that we offer.
Our Jr. Ranch Hand Program gives kids a hands-on and in-depth look at how to care for horses. They will walk away from this program having a good grasp on responsibility, what a good work ethic looks like, teamwork skills, self-awareness, and a sense of accomplishment. Kids will also have an hour riding lesson and get introduced to natural horsemanship.
